Ayude a Anointed Connect Academy a probar unidades de curso Student Why con aprendices y padres antes de un lanzamiento más amplio. El programa está diseñado para desarrollo formativo de productos educativos, retroalimentación de usabilidad y mejora documentada del curso.

Program boundary. La participación beta es retroalimentación voluntaria para educación y desarrollo de productos. No constituye matrícula en una escuela acreditada, no otorga crédito académico y por sí sola no inscribe al participante en un estudio formal de investigación con seres humanos.

How the beta cycle works

Parent Permission & Beta Participation Disclosure

By submitting this form, the parent or legal guardian requests participation in the Anointed Connect Academy Student Why formative beta program. Participation is voluntary. A parent may request that future participation stop at any time.

ACA may collect the information submitted here, course participation information, and student/parent feedback for course development, quality improvement, documentation, and internal evidence governance. Public-facing evidence will be de-identified unless separate, explicit permission is obtained for identifiable use.

This permission does not authorize ACA to use the participant in a formal scholarly human-subject research study. If ACA later proposes systematic research intended for scholarly dissemination requiring research consent or institutional review, that activity will be separately described and separately consented as applicable.

Participation does not guarantee publication, authorship, compensation, academic credit, admission, enrollment, certification, or future collaboration.
